How do I care for my product?

We recommend that you vacuum your rug at least once a week using a smooth head without any brushes or beaters. If your rug is reversible, flip and rotate the rug every 6 months (or more frequently if you are noticing any signs of wear) and for single-sided rugs, simply rotate every 6 months. Where are your rugs made?

All of our rugs are proudly made in India in our own manufacturing facilities. We follow global quality standards to ensure each of our products are produced with special attention to each detail and nuance of the product. Our office is located in sector 63, Noida.

What about sustainability?

We are conscious of our impact on the environment and have invested in optimising our production process to have minimal impact on our environment.

Our state-of-the-art factory is compliant with SA8000 & SEDEX, which are audited certifications that ensures ethical treatment of our workforce of over 1500 people.

In order to have low carbon footprint, we have installed solar panels to generate the minimum electricity we need to produce our highly specialised handcrafted products. We have also installed rain water harvesting to use the locally available rainwater for the washing process our rugs in production.

When it comes to sustainable materials, we use BCI & GOTS certified cotton, RWS certified wool and GRS certified PET in our products.

We only use recyclable plastic in packaging our rugs to protect them from dust and water during transit.

How do I know which rug size is perfect for my room?

Finding the perfect rug for your home can be difficult. There are many things to consider beyond its style, including its size, shape and placement. The right rug in the right place can enhance and define your space and also has the ability to make a room feel more spacious and inviting.

What are your delivery times?

Most of our rugs are shipped from our factory within 3 weeks. Depending on your location, the courier company takes around 4-7 working days for door delivery. Custom orders take longer and the leadtime depends on the construction and size of the product.

How much will shipping cost?

For orders shipped within India, all shipping costs are included in the final price of the product. For International orders, the shipping will be charged depending on your location and the size of the product.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes all of our products can be shipped worldwide.

My Order

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 48 hours of placing the order and we will process your cancellation with a full refund. Orders that have been shipped from our factory are not eligible for cancelation.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Each order is processed individually where we perform three layer of quality checks and then pack the product carefully after double checking order and address details. In the rare case if ever a wrong product is shipped, please email us within 48 hours with a picture of the product received and we will immediately get it picked and will ship the correct rug to your address in the quickest time possible.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Please be assured that each our our products go through meticulous quality checks and only items that pass all QC parameters are shipped from our factory. However, if ever, there is a manufacturing defect in the product you have received, please write to us within 48 hours with clear pictures of the defect and we will get the product picked from your address and will ship a fresh product as quickly as we can.
